Elona is currently a PhD Candidate at WITS Business School, with a focus on Business Coaching and Entrepreneurship. She holds a Masters degree in international business management from Liverpool University, and she has an Advanced Diploma in life, executive and business coaching.

In all her partnerships, Elona has been a change driver, providing customized coaching services that led to changed behaviour and resulted in inspired leadership and exceptional organizational growth.
